全自动卫生纸复卷机是用于加工卷筒厕所用纸的设备, 设备带有储放纸管装置，有芯无芯均可做。原纸通过压花压边打孔复卷，然后再切割喷胶封尾，再配合切割机和包装机得到最后的成品。整机由PLC程序控制，直接在面板上操作，完全自动化，操作简单，人工成本低, 可根据客户的特殊要求进行定制，
Automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is for toilet paper roll processing. Machine have core feeding unit, can do both with and without core. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy  to operate, lower the man cost. And Our machine can special-made according to clients’ requirements. 

 

功能与特点Function and Features:

 

1．  全自动纸管更换装置，不需人工穿纸管，完成复卷后自动送出成品，立即复位复卷，在1分钟内可随意调节任何一种规格的纸管。

Automatic core feeding system, automatic log pusher after rewinding, then rewind the new log again.

 

2．  自动修边、喷胶、封口同步一次完成，成品留有10-18mm的纸尾，方便启用，减少普通复卷机制作时纸尾的损耗，从而降低产品成本。

Automatic edge-trimming, core feeding, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so reducing shortcut waste and save the cost.

 

3． 采用先进的PLC编程技术。人机对话操控，生产参数故障荧屏显示。

Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault shows on touch screen.

 

4．  高精度螺旋软刀，4刀打孔噪音低，打孔更加清晰，变速箱调节范围大。

Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have bigger range.

 

5．  三层卧式退纸架，气动上纸，气动式宽皮带送纸，每卷原纸均有独立调整装置。

Three horizontal type back stands, pneumatic loading system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.

 

6．  压花装置，采用点对点双面压花系统，使成品双面效果一致，手感柔软，压纹清晰美观。（需客户指定）

Embossment Unit: adopt point to point embossing rollers, making the two layers match well, the paper is soft and has clear patterns

7．  采用前后点动开关牵引原纸，操作更简便，更安全。

Adopt jogging switches for wearing the paper, easy and safe to operate.
