新款抽取式面巾纸机是将分切后的原纸经刀辊剪切，交互折叠成链式的长方形或正方形面巾纸。本机采用变频电机独立驱动、自动张力调节、自动分叠计数功能，具有速度高、折叠整齐、操作简便等优点。

The jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders,and then interfolded into interover apped rectangular facial tissue sheets.This machine adopts independent servo motor drive ,and automatic marking functions. It features of high speed ,nice folding and easy operation .

1. 配置气动式压花，气动式分离；（客户选定）

   Can order steel to rubber embossing rolls,pneumatically separated.

2. 整机为墙板式机架，机器快速运转稳定性极好；

3. 退纸架采用气动上纸、无级调节速比，自动调整不同纸质张力；

   Pneumatic jumbo roll loading,pneumatic paper driving ,stepless speed additionustment ,and web tension control.

4. 采用罗茨真空泵吸附系统，吸气量大，运行稳定；

   Equipped with roots type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine

5. 可根锯需要折叠不同宽度的成品。

 Make various products width as requirement .

6. 配置钢对钢压边纹装置，确保双层面巾纸不分层；

   Equipped with edge embossing unit to keep the plies together

7. 断纸自动停机系统，避免无纸或断纸产生废品；

   The machine will stop when the paper broken.It avoid waste caused by  no paper or paper broken.

8. 采用前后点动开关牵引原纸，操作更简便、更安全。

   The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons,It’s more safety and easier to thread the web.
