本生产线由墙板式全自动复卷机、CR自动纸覆包装机、大型储料架、双通道大回旋纸切机和多粒包装机组合而成。由上原纸到成品切割输出一气呵成，整线配合顺畅，运行稳定，全部由机械自动完成，大大节省人工成本，减轻工人劳动强度，是生产卫生纸制品的最佳选择。
This production line consists of Wall Type Automatic Rewinding Machine, Automatic Wrapper , Log Accumulator, Double Channel Log Saw and Semi-automatic Packing Machine. It converts the jumbo roll into the finished rollers. Functions and Features --- Wall Type Automatic Rewinding Machine
1． 生产卫生卷纸专用机，整机墙板式结构，整机高速运转，速度稳定，无噪音。
This machine is for making toilet paper rolls, the whole structure is wall-type, which make machine running stable at high speed, and noiseless.
2．打孔间距可调，以满足不同长度要求。
Perforation distance is adjustable to meet different distance needs.
3． 全自动纸管更换装置，不需人工穿纸管，完成复卷后自动送出成品，立即复位复卷，在1分钟内可随意调节任何一种规格的纸管。
Automatic core feeding system, automatic pushing the log after rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.
4． 自动修边、喷胶、封口同步一次完成，成品留有10-18mm的纸尾，方便启用，减少普通复卷机制作时纸尾的损耗，从而降低产品成本。
Automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so reducing shortcut waste and save the cost.
